To book you will need to complete our booking form, including as much information as possible. We aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours of enquiring.
Yes, to secure your date we require a £50 booking fee. This will be deducted off your final balance.
No, we will set up your soft play and leave it with yourselves, until the allocated collection time.
We do offer an overnight hire for an extra £35, as long as the venue allows next day collection.
No, as long as we have access to the venue, we can set up without you being there. If you wish to direct how you would like your package set up you can always send us images of where you would like the set up.
Yes we are insured for all of our products and services. If your venue should require a copy of our insurance certificate we can provide this for them.

Yes of course, give us an email or complete our booking form and we can create your fully bespoke package.
This depends on your party, we do not offer hourly packages – it is one set price for the day. We found this works best.
We don’t collect later than 18:30. If you require the Softplay later than 18:30 you would need to pay for our overnight hire which is £35.
We will only accept outdoor hire between the months of April & September. We always recommend you have a backup plan due to the Great British weather being so unpredictable.
If rain is forecast on the day of your event, we would expect the party to be moved inside or under a shelter.
We will not set up in the rain so please have another option incase the rain does appear.
